With our current backorder, our current turnaround time is approx. 12 weeks. This can change for a number of reasons we do not guarantee this date but do our best to estimate it. We allow 2 weeks for shipping into that timeframe as well.
You will be charged upon ordering on our website. If using the Split it app ALL sales our final. We cannot cancel orders or refund them. For orders paid in full we can cancel orders up until we start building or have emailed you to confirm your order. Basically once materials have been ordered. If you do not respond to the confirmation email within 30 days we cannot offer you a refund. We do not offer refunds after 30 days because of our long back order. We calculate our back order based on orders we receive.
Standard Curbside/Liftgate Delivery: Delivery is made via semi-truck with liftgate to the curb or end of your driveway. This service does not include handling into a garage, porch, alley, or home. (Some times drivers will help you get your kennel into the garage but it is NOT standard). If the driveway is not accessible via 53′ truck a white glove delivery may be required. Please let us know so we can accommodate your delivery needs.
White Glove Delivery: White Glove Delivery includes unpacking, waste removal, & ground floor inside delivery with product placement. If additional services are required (ie – second floor/basement delivery, feet assembly, elevator access, apartment building, rural area, etc) please contact us so we can best accommodate your delivery needs.
All of our kennels are made by hand in Springdale, AR at the James+James Woodshop!
All of our indoor dog kennel furniture is built to fit the standard dog pan that comes with the common wire crate (dog pan not included with purchase). We finish our kennels with a water-based seal to help protect from any “outside elements”. Here’s a list of the pan sizes that fit our Doggie Dens from Amazon. Amazon labels their sizes differently than ours so make sure you double check from our website that you order the right size. Our kennels are currently made out of solid knotty alder hardwood and steel.
We use an oil-based stain with a water-based polyurethane finish to help your Doggie Den® last a long time.
We do offer custom Sherwin Williams Paint colors! It's an additonal cost for custom paint depending on the product.
Each Doggie Den® is hand made and shipped fully assembled for a flat rate directly to you. It is $200 for our single kennels and $300 for our Doubles and Great Dane dens which includes standard curbside/liftgate delivery to most parts of the US. Rural areas and limited access areas may require additional charges. In which we will have to charge you the additional shipping cost. International Orders – We will contact you about additional shipping costs.

Our kennels will ship fully assembled (except for the feet, they screw on). It will be a curbside/lift gate delivery. We do ship freight. Once your kennel ships we will send you a tracking number and the freight company will call you directly to set up and appointment once it reaches the destination terminal.
Please plan on having someone to help you unload the kennel because the freight company will not come into the house.

If you would like our white glove delivery service where they bring the kennel inside, unpack age it and take the trash it’s $350 at checkout.
If you have purchased a Doggie Den®, we will gladly send you color samples for free each. Just send us an email or add what colors you would like in the notes at checkout. Unfortunately we are only able to provide samples to customers for free!
We cannot be liable for chewed up kennels. In our experience we have yet to see a dog chew up a Doggie Den so bad that we cannot send replacement parts for it. Most pieces are available for purchase if you need to replace them.

*We suggest spraying your kennel with a no chew dog spray such as bitter apple to help prevent your pups from chewing the wood.

All Orders Are Final. B&B Kustom Kennels tries to process orders within 24 hrs of receiving the information and will give you an estimated ship date via phone call after you order and via email. All lead times are listed on the website and are updated weekly. These are not a guarantee of delivery but simply an estimate that can change if there are delays. We charge a non-refundable $300 spot hold fee for all kennels placed. All orders are final once your kennel has been confirmed and moved into production even if delays happen once production begins after your have confirmed your order. If we do not hear from you after 30 days of trying to confirm your order it is no longer eligible for a refund. We do not issue refunds for delays caused with shipping. If you choose to use the Split It up all orders are final from when you place your order online. We cannot give refunds because you financed it and its with another company we don't have access to it.
We offer the Splitit app (All orders are final non-refundable) or we can send an invoice through PayPal and allow partial payments, up to 3, before we build the kennel. The kennel would need to be paid in full before it's built.
